What is it?
In this class we employ cutting-edge fitness principles to get you in the best shape of your life as quickly as possible. We use the famous Russian kettlebells to get you burning more calories than any machine in a gym. We work on bodyweight drills and conditioning exercises used by combat athletes prior to competition.. We work on striking pads to develop co-ordination and power, which is also a fantastic workout in itself. We cover self defence concepts which will give you the confidence to deal with anything. Most of all the class is about fun and learning in a positive environment.
Who is it for?
The class is suitable for any female 12 years plus. Everything we do can be tailored to the individual and all levels of fitness are catered for. It’s not a bootcamp and there are instructors on hand to coach you through each drill to make sure you are comfortable with everything we do.
