What is it?
Kettlebells are designed for intense all round training which makes them ideal for both men and women who are serious about getting into peak physical condition. They are great for burning fat effectively, getting strong and getting fit.The workouts are short, intense and great fun. The kettlebell is shaped like a cannonball with a handle and is used by many pro athletes to supplement their existing training and take them to a new level. They are easy to learn and you get results quickly.
What will I learn?
Safe kettlebell and bodyweight drills that will get you in the best shape of your life. You will use drills used by pro athletes and you push yourself as hard you want to. You will start off learning the basic kettlebell exercises then over the weeks we will introduce variations as you see yourself getting leaner, fitter and stronger.
Chief instructor Marcus Houston was coached privately by Rannoch Donald of Simple Strength. Rannoch is a life long martial artist and one of the few RKC coaches in the country who has been genuinely trained by Pavel Tsatsouline. Rannoch is also an advisor on kettlebells for the IKFF.
All warm-ups involve the kettlebells which allows for maximum training in a much shorter period of time, with direct crossover into the way we operate.
