About Olympic Lifting Classes
You will go through a warm up which will develop the general movement patterns for the lifts and then focus on either of the two full lifts or working on various assistance exercises.
You don’t need to have experience of the lifts but being able to squat, deadlift and press overhead is a prerequisite. If you aren’t sure you about these movements then why not book in for some personal training sessions and our coaches will be more than happy to help you.
