About Hybrid Fitness
The classes use various movements typically seen in weightlifting and power lifting which work the entire body making you stronger and more athletic looking. Week on week you will see the weights you are able to use increase giving you confidence while your body fat will decrease. Those wobbly bits that’s you just can’t seem to get rid of will slowly and surely start tightening up.
In tandem to the strength section we also train various high intensity workouts to get you breathing hard and burning even more calories. These workouts might involve you using barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, running, rowing, bodyweight or dumbbell exercises. Don’t worry you will be taught how to do everything safely and if there is something you cant do then we will change it for something similar that you can do.
