KRAV MAGA EDINBURGH
Womens Conditioning - Whats it all about?
The class will focus on using Russian Kettlebells
to get you in shape fast. The Russian Kettlebells are the
latest 'big thing' amongst celebrities like:
GERI HALLIWELL
MADONNA
J Lo ....
...and more importantly amongst professional athletes.
Amir Khan credited Kettlebell training for his improved
strength and fitness for his last fight. The Kettlebells
system works strength and aerobic fitness at the same time
producing quick results. The workouts are short & intense,
building a tight little physique, not big muscles.
Womens Self Defence - What will we cover?
We will also cover self defence techniques that work regardless
of your strength and size and level of fitness. We will
work basic strikes on focus pads and then look at individual
techniques for staying safe.
Who are the classes for?
These workouts are challenging, but great fun. You don't
have to be fit or strong, you start off at a light weight
& progress at your own speed, this is not a bootcamp.
Classes are for females aged 12+
